A Life Plan community in Pasadena, CA founded as a retirement haven for missionaries in 1914, Atherton fully embraces its heritage while welcoming people of all faiths. Riggs Partners was brought on to evolve the brand from a “Baptist Home” to a thriving, welcoming community of people who are seeking a holistic sense of well-being. We developed a new brand aesthetic and messaging strategy for the overall community based on this position, while setting the stage for marketing a new flagship independent living residence called “The Courtyard.”
